I love my Rogue Echo Bike V3.0 WODs - WorkoutsOftheDay and I know they are not the standard Echo-Bike workouts many of you are enjoying and hope by sharing them that I will Motivate many people on the globe trying them out.

Here is my 14 minutes of today:

  • 10 min full body - change direction each minute - keeping an average watt of around 200 the first 4 minutes and the other 6 around 240
  • 4 min only legs - change direction each minute - keeping the average watt between 175 and 200
Be changing direction I mean from going forwards or backwards (depending on how you started) to backwards or forwards. By going forwards and backwards you will ensure your workout to be more effective for your body while you will use way more muscles.
Just doing your legs for instance is not only good for your legs themselves but also for your core muscles!
