Warm Up 20 slow deep sizzy squats

4 rounds
20 sizzy squats in machine with resistance band over shoulders (first 2 rounds with 25kg band - last 2 with 35kg band)
Lean forward shoulder stretches on bar on shoulder height
20 push ups on ball - 10 each arm
10 close grip push ups on ball
40 sec plank on two balls - hand and feet on a ball

2 rounds
8 body weight sizzy squats to toes

4 rounds
20 single leg hip thrusters - one leg extended - both legs
20 hip thrusters - feet in standard position

4 rounds
20 hip thrusters - feet against butt
