Power Breakfast - Banana Oat PeanutButter
Breakfast is for many an important meal of the day! I normally eat the following:
1 banana, 1 big fork of peanut butter, 10 tablespoons of coarse oatmeal flakes (a mix of coarse and rolled oatmeal flakes is also an option).
Smash the banana together with the Peanut Butter and stir the coarse oatmeal flakes through the mixture of banana and peanut butter making nice, fixed mix.
