While it is a worldwide trend Rucking has not yet gained popularity here in The Netherlands unfortunately.

Rucking is an excellent way to start your fitness journey or to expand it. You simply start with using one of your backpacks and load it up with something heavy and if you fall in love with it, as many of thousands globally have, you can get yourself an amazing GORUCK Rucker, Ruck Plate Carrier at their EU or US store.

When prepared your backpack or bought a GORUCK Rucksack for instance start with standard walking and if you want to make it a bit heavier do some walking lunges in between, high knee raises, butt kicks or carry along some gear.
