Power Snacks - Banana Oat PeanutButter
Power Snacks are for many an important snack of the day! I normally make the following:
Ingredients: banana, 100% peanut butter, a mix of coarse and rolled oatmeal.
How to: Smash the banana together with the Peanut Butter, stir the coarse oatmeal flakes through the mixture of banana and peanut butter making nice, fixed mix. Create cookies or bars. Place in preheated over of 175c/350f for 10 min. Let them cool down and enjoy.
