As many of you know I love Human Performance and in my perspective supplements play a crucial role to perform even better as human.
Citrulline malate is a supplement I am taking for years now and I love the benefits of it.

I personally take 6 mg a day and feel the difference in my body throughout the day and especially during workouts and pleasure time. When taking an extra 3 grams 30 minutes before pleasure time my erections are even firmer.
When I skip a day or multiple I have less nocturnal erections/erections during my sleep.
